Background..Why a fundraiser?
Club fees are an important source of income for Dynamo FC. Dynamo is, however, a non-profit organization and player fees are only one source of income necessary to cover Club operations. For those of you interested--you can get brief glimpse of the challenges non-profits face via Dynamo FC's most recent, publically available financial report.
Club fees alone are
insufficient to maintain and enhance Dynamo fields, the parking
area, maintain equipment or to implement program enhancements such as
building an indoor facility.
Fundraising helps the club to address these goals. Such efforts also aid Club staff to prepare for unexpected expenses
incurred by the club as well as expand the benefits Dynamo FC provides to players and
their families such as scholarships.
The short version...Dynamo FC is only as good as we, the families, coaches and players, make it. And...who wouldn't use a car wash?
The Basics:
All Dynamo
families are encouraged to participate; however, participation in this
fundraiser is not required. Dynamo families are encouraged to participate at a rate at which they can afford.
Each coupon is good for the basic car wash at any Mike's Car Wash in Indiana, Ohio or Kentucky. With the coupon the individual can upgrade to "the Works" and save an additional dollar on that service.
Each coupon should be sold for $8. Dynamo receives $4 for every $8 dollar coupon sold. Based on this rate,
every participating family sells/purchases the recommended minimum, will raise raise $32 to support of
Dynamo FC.
Expectations:
- Families with boys in the U11 age division, if possible, are asked to buy/sell a minimum of four coupons during the fall fundraiser.
- Payment is due at the time that coupons are distributed.
- Additional coupons are available upon request. Just email your assigned manager (see contact list below) and let her know how many you need.
- The fundraising
minimums are set on per child basis. For this reason, families with more
than one child participating in Dynamo FC Soccer are encouraged to sell at least one coupon set per child
in the club.

Accessing Your Coupons:
Coupons can be obtained at training on Monday, September 8th. All managers will be at the Dynamo snack bar at 6:45. After that meeting, families are invited to contact their respective respective manager to make arrangements. We're frequently at practice so this shouldn't be a problem.
To access coupons, each family should bring cash or check to cover the cost of the coupons. [1 coupon = $8; 4 coupons = $32]. Checks should be make payable to Dynamo FC.
Deadlines:
All unused coupons and collected funds need to be turned in to your respective manager on or before, Monday, September 29th, 2014.
